Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for website design and development services purchased from Vantra ("we," "us"). Because our work is custom and delivered as a service, the terms below reflect the stage your project has reached.
One-time build projects (Starter, Growth, Pro)
Payments for build projects are collected up front to reserve your spot in our schedule and to begin work. The following applies:
- Before work begins: if you cancel before we have started design or development, you are entitled to a full refund less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees.
- After work has begun: if you cancel once work is under way, we will refund the portion of your payment that reflects work not yet performed. Time already spent on discovery, design, or development is non-refundable.
- After delivery: once the final site has been delivered and/or deployed, the project is considered complete and payments are non-refundable.
Maintenance
Maintenance work is billed at an hourly rate for time actually spent. There is no contract or retainer, so there is nothing to cancel — simply stop requesting work. Hours already worked are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution of your concern.
