These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantra website and the design and development services we provide. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Vantra provides website design and development services on a per-project basis, as well as optional ongoing maintenance billed hourly. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Build projects are invoiced and paid up front before work begins. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment in full authorizes us to begin the agreed work. Maintenance is invoiced for the time actually spent.

Client responsibilities

• Provide content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Maintain access to any third-party accounts the project requires.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components, libraries, and assets that remain subject to their own licenses. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
